Unreal, Francis has surpassed Simcoe for king of the smallmouth
fisheries. Congrats to Charles and Nigel. I would ask what was the big
fish but in this case I will have to ask what was the biggest fish?

WOW!!!

What a fantastic event and incredible results from all the participants! Of course, a huge congrats to Nigel and Charles for the record setting, 30.35lb bag. And also to Jean-Martin and Carole for beating their personal previous best of 27.33lb with a 27.65lb! Needless to say, the Franny is a top-notch fishery and the Frenzy certainly showcased it today. Thanks to Smokenfish for putting the whole thing together and all those who participated. The bass movement is on the upswing people...

Here's a few pics from the event I have uploaded to a gallery. Just click on the link below..

Until next we Ripple!!

The weight on Charles and Nigels big fish is it 7.15 lbs or 7 lbs 15 oz,
No matter what it is, it is one BIG SICK PUPPY
As Charles holds it way up in the air does it's weight increase in higher
atmosphere???
Great job...Road trip coming up very soon.

A big thanks to Jason for for turing a ripple into a ripper of a day.

Huge congrats to Nigel and Charles for that incredible bag and giant lunker! 7.15 cow.

Awesome fishing. AWESOME!

Think about this, as I repeated over and over to myself and outloud on the way home, when was the last time you participated in a bass event and weighed 26 even, a 5.20 average, and didn`t get your entry fee back...............thats just crazy.

We dropped 3 good fish close to 6lbs but even if we would have put them in the box it wouldnt have been good enough, thats just nuts............

Super day, blast fishing with my brother, great to see old friends, and still shaking my head at that 30lb bag!!!

Play Safe.

What a day!  Both Jean-Marie and myself are very happy to have been there. Although I

was no fishing it with Jean-Marie it  was really something to see the size of the bags

the teams were bringing in. What a great experience for J.M. to have participated in

this event with Daniel Cousineau.  Surely a day he'll be talking about for years to

come.

Anyways great job Jason and it was nice seeing everyone again.

Lynn & J.M.

p.s. Mr. Sim can you please bring me fishing?..........LOL!
